Paul sold me the property 20 years ago and now he has sold it for me 20 years later. I think that says a lot. Its about, reliability, local knowledge and effective communication. When there is a lot of money on the line, it's good to know your "middle man" is always on call. Paul was always available for a question. Emails and calls were replied to promptly. Takes away a lot of the stress :-)
