Selling agent for property I bought

Selling a home and buying another is acutely stressful, organising finance, moves, conveyancing, utilities is exceedingly stressful. Intrying to coordinate the both, recognising the needs of the seller (Harry's client) and balancing my needs as the purchaser Harry absolutely excelled - managing first and foremost his client's interests as is ethical and proper, but also allowing a conversation on reasonable settlement periods and early occupancy so I could move my stuff from the property I'd sold and get it finalised for settlement. Harry was prompt, courteous, kind and the absolute professional in all our one on one dealings and I understand this was also the case in matters involving my own representatives. Nothing was ever too much trouble - I found if I had questions or needed clarification Harry would answer quickly, and concisely and at all times I felt he was upfront and focused on ensuring that myself, leaving a beloved family home, and his clients, also leaving one, could come to agreement reognising the sentimental value of our respective homes and the memories. I had a pleasant surprise while in thee early occupancy period and the seller of the property was in the neighbourhood and we had a very nice conversation and they also spoke highly of Harry, his professional approach and service ethic. Highly recommended without reservations
