Excellent communicator and smart agent

We chose Kris to sell our property because we’d had a great experience buying from him a few years earlier! From the start, Kris was honest regarding sale prospects and provided evidence based advice to help shape campaign decisions. He took some risks (with our agreement) that paid off and we appreciated his innovative approach. Kris and Anna are approachable and great communicators, keeping us in the loop at every stage on what to expect. They also provided sound advice on how to prepare the property for the best result. There was some delay in getting the contracts signed once verbal agreement had been given due to technical issues, but we otherwise had a seamless experience with Kris and Anna.
