Nothing but the best!

I first consulted Sharon a couple of years ago when I asked for an appraisal of my apartment after I'd had some work done to it. A fuss-free experience

Sharon came to give me an appraisal of the property c 2 yrs ago, at my request. While I decided not to pursue the sale then, nor during the Covid crisis at its height, and I’ve subsequently met half a dozen other agents, all who made very good impressions, I always remembered Sharon’s deep knowledge of the local market, her openness, realism, friendliness & her no nonsense approach. The campaign for the sale of my apartment was not drawn-out. Sharon didn’t require me to artificially style the place, as it looks perfectly livable as it is. She kept me fully informed about the process, checking in with me via mobile or txt regularly. Nothing was too much trouble, no question from me was too naive, even when it was! The auction was nerve wracking but quickly over. I am very pleased with the selling price, and very pleased indeed that Sharon has been my agent!
