Matthias was very professional from the very first time I spoke to him and through out the entire sale process. His advice and honesty were greatly appreciated throughout the sale process of my property. I will call upon Matthias again for his assistant when eith buying or selling a property.

As a first home buyer, our experience with Steven Georgalas was very pleasant throughout the entire process. His knowledge, understanding and willing to go the extra step within his role made our decision much easier. We have a young family which made things a little difficult in regards to meeting other Real Estate agents at home inspections etc. Steven's understanding of this and flexibility to arrange meetings and times which suited us made our buying process much easier and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Steven - 10/10.

Reliable Trustworthy Agent
We found Matthias to be a fantastiic agent. From the original introduction, right through to the final negotiation on the sale, Matthias was the utmost professional. Matthias was approachable, honest and a great communicator. We were continually provided with excellent feedback along every step of the way. Our house was under offer in 8 days, from the marketing and exposure provided by LJ Hooker Belmont. The entire team need to be congratulated as the way they progressed our listing and sale. Selling our Valentine home
With both of us working long and varied hours we approached the thought of selling our house with much trepidation. However upon meeting Josh we found someone that showed genuine enthusiasm to sell our much loved family home. Josh was always flexible to our needs and was appreciative of our situation. Josh was always punctual and had an answer to all our concerns. His team from the front office all the way to his sales assistants were spot on. Josh negotiated a price we were extremely happy with and his communication was a high point. We have no hesitations in recommending him to anyone else selling their house.

Above and Beyond
My wife Jess and I cant recommend Matthias highly enough. He was always ready to assist wherever possible and definitely went above and beyond with customer service to ensure that the our property was sold for the best price possible and ensured the whole process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I definitely feel that Matthias' hands on approach to the whole process from start to finish helped my wife and I immensely with feeling comfortable and as worry free as possible.
