I first met Muhammad about six weeks ago. I contacted him and met him on site he was extremely polite and was punctual, which is important to me. He showed me through the unit and was very straight foward he answered all my questions that I had as I had quite a lot as this was my first ever property I was purchasing. I was always at ease with Muhammad and never felt rushed. On the day of Auction he made the process very simple and easy to understand. Since my purchase of the unit Muhammad has always kept in touch, he went out of his way to order a remote control for the Air-Conditioner. Since purchasing the property the staff at LJ Hooker Belmore have been accomodating when I have asked for the keys to gain access and are very polite and extremely helpful. All in all I would like to thank Muhammad for his professionalism and the fact that there was no pressure at all from him. Five stars for the team at LJ Hooker Belmore. A very big thank you.
