If there was a 6 star option I would give it to Matthew. He went 'above any beyond' to help in every way to do with the sale of my mother-in-laws property at Marayong, including Mowing The Lawns in his own time, organising cleaners and gardening professionals, and helping me take a lizard out of the house. He also organised for a metal recycler to pick up items from the property and was very easy to deal with and understanding of my situation as I live 1 hour away from the property, so he even helped with things like putting the garbage bins out. Highly recommended - Matt is the ultimate professional and has great local market knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the sales process.
