We had our property on the market fr a short period. Matthew treated us as his only client through the whole process - We knew he had other clients, but this is how he made us feel. At no point through the process was I uneasy, Matthew was able to walk us through the steps and put our concerns at ease with his no rubbish and straight to the point method. It was refreshing to have this experience. I would highly rate Matthew and his team at LJ Hooker Blacktown!

Clair was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answers all of our questions (which we had a lot). She explained things really well which was what I needed as a first-home buyer. She was very accomodating and really did go the extra step. Buying a house is a very daunting process and Clair was very helpful and reassuring. It was nice to deal with an agent as professional and caring as Clair.

Matt was excellent to deal with from the outset. He was easy to work with and explained the whole process. Matt really made buying my 1st home so easy. Dealing with many agents during my home hunt was frustrating. Matt answered my questions and was available at anytime I had questions. By far the best agent in Blacktown. I would highly recommend Matt and his team.

Clair is an excellent and very friendly agent. From the start, Clair was very helpful with regards to our questions about selling our house in the current COVID 19 market. She is also very knowledgeable of the property market in Sydney which ultimately led us to agreeing to an offer on the house in absolutely no time at all! She is amazing and we would have no trouble recommending her to everyone we know.

Words cannot simply describe the remarkable professionalism, customer service, attitude, kindness and communication from Matthew. He has been absolutely wonderful to work with and made the whole process from start to finish effortless and smooth. Matthew's knowledge and experience of the Blacktown LGA is second to none and is definitely one of the best local agents hands down. As buyers, we have been extremely pleased with the level of service and we'll definitely be using Matthew when selling. Highly recommended to anyone selling their property that's looking for an agent with exceptional area knowledge that really goes above and beyond. Thanks again Matt, Nick A
