We had our property on the market fr a short period. Matthew treated us as his only client through the whole process - We knew he had other clients, but this is how he made us feel. At no point through the process was I uneasy, Matthew was able to walk us through the steps and put our concerns at ease with his no rubbish and straight to the point method. It was refreshing to have this experience. I would highly rate Matthew and his team at LJ Hooker Blacktown!

Clair was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answers all of our questions (which we had a lot). She explained things really well which was what I needed as a first-home buyer. She was very accomodating and really did go the extra step. Buying a house is a very daunting process and Clair was very helpful and reassuring. It was nice to deal with an agent as professional and caring as Clair.
