Successful sale of house

A surprisingly minimal stress free experience made possible by a much experienced professional agent
Having lived in our home for 27 years and now being ‘empty nesters’ we made the ultimate decision to sell up and head for the coast and a new ‘sea change’ lifestyle. It seemed a truly daunting process lay ahead of us and so we knew we required the assistance of someone with whom we could feel confident with, comfortable and at ease. Matthew Lucas had assisted our son and his wife with the sale of their home some years earlier and we were reminded of how he had so smoothly guided them through their own sale/purchase journey. It was a ‘no brainer’ that we engage Matthew Lucas to also assist us. Communication,we found, is one of Matt’s best qualifies and along with this he exudes both high energy and passion. Both character traits were always present in his dealings with my wife and I. He worked so hard to secure our sale and it was never a bother for him to chat with us well after business hours had closed whether by phone or in person at our home. Very pleasant and efficient
It was an absolute delight dealing with Matt. As first home buyers we were very anxious to step into the property sector. However, Matt took the time to explain the details of the property thoroughly. He also has strong communication skills and always kept us up-to-date with the status of the property.
