Liked the agent, Matt Lucas, from LJ Hooker Blacktown, instantly. He was amazing the entire way through the campaign and steered us right at every turn. We had a death in the family on day 2 of the campaign, and he went above and beyond to hold my hand the entire way through the campaign, addressing all my real estate questions as well as offering emotional support. Matt was there every step of the way, keeping us fully informed, with amazing communication skills and made us feel like we were the most important clients in the world.
