Cheryl was friendly and knowledgeable
Cheryl dealt mostly with my daughter on a face to face basis, but I had a number of phone conversations with her and always found her to be easy to converse with. Cheryl was friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole process of buying the home was made so much easier for me.

Efficient, organised and gets the job done
Cheryl works hard to get results, and she just knows her stuff. She's efficient, organised and gets the job done - quickly! Within 3 days she'd organised an open house and that was it - gone! I couldn't be happier with how Cheryl organised everything from the photography shoot to advice on how to present our house and suggestions for making (which is a somewhat stressful situation) into a much calmer environment.

Very fast sale
Cheryl came recommended to us and has amazing knowledge of the real estate industry. Cheryl put a price on our house that was higher than what we expected, but she had a signed contract on it within a couple of weeks. Very fast sale and would definitely use Cheryl again in the future.
