We had been very keen to find a forever home given this was the move to set up schooling for the next 15 years. We knew the suburb, we knew the preferred street! When the property was advertised later in a Friday afternoon, it literally took my breath away. I called my agent friend who had made a generous commitment after selling our previous property to find us the dream home. She called Peter within minutes of the ad and between them for us to view the property 2 days later at a private inspection. I’m not sure just what motivated Peter, but it was the kindness act for our family. It allowed us to cement our interest and put an offer in with true enthusiasm. Coordinating building inspectors and negotiating price, Peter offered genuine support in securing the home for us.
