We used LJ Hooker Broadford | Kilmore | Wallan and listed our house just before Christmas. We had an open day on the last weekend before Christmas and didn't expect to have any joy until after the holiday period. What a surprise and mad house over the holiday period, our house sold in 6 days, not what we were expecting! Thank you to Gavin Henderson and his team, we have sold our houses in the past and never had one sell so quickly - we spent the Christmas packing boxes ready for our move in 2026.

First port of call!
We have known Gavin and his family for many years from their time living in Wallan. Gavin was first port of call when deciding to sell our property and I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the sale and the work that went into it to make it come to fruition. Gavin is a top professional and was extremely helpful all the way through the buying process, giving technical help wherever needed. He was patient and kind and is highly experienced in solving any issues that may arise. He was available at any time on the phone, even out of hours or during holiday time, to answer questions and sort everything necessary out, with the minimum of fuss. I found that Gavin gives encouragement to all parties whether they are buying or selling.
