Bala is an absolutely pleasure to work with. I fired 2 other local agents before hiring Bala to manage my property and eventually sold it with him as well. He got the results he promised. He is very professional, always on top of things and gets things DONE! Being an interstate investor i find QLD pace slow but Bala’s pace is Quick! He got a notorious tenant out, renovated the place and sold it in record time. 2 of the previous agents failed to do this. Thanks again Bala!
