“Selling my home through Damien Montgomery, of Budgewoi LJ Hooker, soon to become - Budgewoi /Toukley, LJ Hooker, was a unique experience. Over the years I have sold about six homes. Never before have I experienced such support and assistance. Damian was totally engaged in every aspect the sale process and he kept me fully informed at each step. He was quick to respond to my phone calls, and encouraged his other staff to also provide assistance. His advice and guidance enabled me to achieve the best possible price, just when the market was beginning to fall. Equally important, he even called me after exchange. I am moving interstate but I feel very disappointed that I cannot package him & take him with me for my next real estate transaction.

From the minute I set foot onto my future property, Norman was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Norman spent 15-20 minutes discussing all the steps required for first home buyers to take, and talked me through so much more than he was required to. Every subsequent phone call, email, and conversation we had was warm, and endlessly encouraging.
