Damian was born in Mudgee & soon after moved to the small country town of Cootamundra where he lived until he was 10 years old. In 1991 he & his family moved to Gorokan. In 2000 he got his first chance in real estate, when offered a traineeship at a local independent agency. Damian made the most of the opportunity & quickly found himself as a fulltime sales consultant. In 2001 Damian & his wife Rebecca purchased their 1st home together in Gorokan & still live in Gorokan today with their beautiful children Dakota Joy & Evan John. Damian joined the team at LJ Hooker Toukley & helped set up the office prior it opening in March 2004. With the LJ Hooker network behind him, he quickly established himself as one of the area’s top agents. His efforts were rewarded in 2007 with membership to the prestigious LJ Hooker Captains Club & in 2012 Damian was inducted into the exclusive LJ Hooker Multi-Million Dollar Chapter placing him in the top 7% of LJ Hooker Sales Agents internationally. Since then, he has continued to move up the rankings & is now a Platinum Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Chapter (9-years in a row in the Top 7% internationally). Since opening the Budgewoi office in 2016. Damian has maintained his phenomenal results & has been a member of the LJ Hooker Captains Club Diamond Multi-Million Dollar Chapter for 5 straight years. This placing him in the top 2.5% of LJ Hooker Sales Agents internationally. He has also collected 3 Bronze Medals for being in the top 1.5% of agents worldwide. “It’s honest straight forward service that is why clients keep coming back & why the success continues year after year” Away from work you will generally find Damian playing or coaching soccer, fishing, camping, playing bowls, at the races, building in the shed or spending time with his family.

Prior to joining LJ Hooker Budgewoi, William was working in a variety of sales positions. Wanting to expand his horizons, he pursued a job in Real Estate. With a passion for sales it only made sense to move into a career where he can extend his passion and allow himself to continue working with the public. William has always wanted to help people with their needs and wants, his priority is always the customer. With experience and growing up on the Central Coast, William has grown to love the area in which he works and the people who reside in it. He has extensive knowledge of the area which helps him service his clients more effectively. He believes that honesty is the number one key to ensuring a healthy and intact relationship with a customer.

Kim spent a lot of her childhood in Mudgee & Cootamundra until her family relocated to the Central Coast in 1991. She then moved to Sydney in 2009 and returned to the Central Coast in 2019. Kim has always had a passion for Real Estate and purchased her first investment in 2003 at the age of 24, from there she continued to build her property portfolio investing in NSW and QLD whilst working in the insurance industry. Throughout her this career, Kim developed strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people during the most significant times in their life. Kim has chosen to follow in her mother and brother’s footsteps and embark on new career path in Real Estate so she can help people with purchasing or selling their homes, which she sees as one of the most important transactions a person will make in their lives. She wants to ensure people are fully supported through the journey. Her mother and brother have both enjoyed significant careers and achievements in Real Estate on the Central Coast and she is now working alongside her brother, Damian Montgomery, and sister-in-law Rebecca Montgomery owners of LJ Hooker Budgewoi. Family is of utmost importance to Kim and her and her partner Steve welcomed their daughter Lily Joy into the world in March 2021. Kim and Steve purchased a home in Gorokan which they have been actively renovating and now enjoying being back on the Central Coast in Gorokan surrounded by family and friends and enjoying motherhood, she sees life is pretty wonderful right now.
