Steve is extremely professional, helpful, kind and a really genuine person. Steve sold our house in Australind for us and every step of the way he was helpful, many phone calls and favours being asked as we moved across to QLD. Nothing was ever too hard for Steve. I have sold many houses and Steve is by far THE best agent I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. Steve’s approach is supportive and informative. He knows his stuff and explains everything so you know exactly where your up to. I will miss Steve, he became someone who I trusted very quickly and his kind and gentle approach was very appreciated by myself and my partner Ken. As an example of Steve going above and beyond, he took out our rubbish while we moved to QLD as the house was vacant. He also posted our mail to our new home in QLD. Great guy and a team anyone could ask for. He's genuinely looking after your needs and requirements, he makes the process so easy and with you every step of the way, I could not have asked more from him as he went above and beyond. I had to leave to India as my father passed away during the deal and Tim took care of as if it was his own deal. I will have him by my side with all my deals in future. James for one is an absolute legend of a bloke and on top of that the is no challenge to big my sale wasn’t quite as straight forward as most but at the end of the day he got it done with great transparency and communication we always knew what was going on, where we stood and what our options were.
