Purchased a property from LJ with Denby Lynn recently. She has done a good job from the home open to the final inspection. Her email responses were prompt and professional, which leads to a smooth journey of the settlement. Later on went to Jenny Dewar from LJ for finding the tenant. She has secured a good tenant 1 day after the settlement. Also received the 38-page-long detailed report from Shania Nash and Simone Byrne. The whole LJ team is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them for selling, buying and renting.
