Purchasing my first WA property after interstate relocation, I was unsure how the market and professionals involved with my purchase would compare to several, prior real estate experiences over East. I cannot fault Helen in every single point of contact we had. From walking in the door of the first open home, to 'move in day' when I needed last minute contacts and advice to make my move actually happen, nothing was too difficult or too much to ask. Helen (and her Assistant India) go above and beyond each and every time. I am always hesitant to rely on 'Real Estate recommended' tradespeople except in this case being new to the area I decided to go with Helen's recommendations, and I have not been disappointed. I will definitely be contacting Helen for further advice, contacts and tradespeople if I need any in the future - these guys have all been amazing, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Helen and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area, and I look forward to entrusting Helen with my real estate sales in the future.

Helen, although the sellers agent was upfront from the first viewing and as a first home buyer she explained terminology and processes. I had lots of questions and concerns during the settlement and inspections, she followed up my concerns with inspection agents to make sure I as a buyer was satisfied. Personable and looked out for tenants transitioning and my desire to move in ASAP after settlement.
