Simon is a real professional. I wanted to sell our family home in an area where there isn't a huge amount of comparable evidence. Simon kept me updated with appraisals for over a year and when the price was right I used Simon to list the property. He conducted home opens and private viewings and achieved multiple offers at a price I was happy with.
