We had been hunting for our next property for some time. We had Katie value our house and continued to hunt for our new house knowing she had us in the back of her mind. James is professional, helpful will go above and beyond for a smooth transaction. Buying and selling can be very stressful, but with dedication sound experience, knowledge and good communication these transactions can be a lot stressful. We were buying through James, whilst out of town, so while James was contracted to the seller, James always returned phone calls and was more than willing to help where he could to get the small chain of properties we were involved in, through to settlement. If the need arises for us to sell in future we would enlist the services of James O'Neill

Everything ran very smoothly. This was my first home purchase . The LJ hooker crew were very patient aswell as really helpful with the whole process. The icing in the cake was the little gift box and massive bow on the front door . It made the the whole deal suddenly become real. Not too mention my daughters excitement was tripled by the experience. Highly recommend.
