Once listed the house had quite a number of viewers prior to the First Offer being accepted which was in a very short listing period. The offer wasn't too far away from what we had asked for but did come with a Punch List they requested to be under taken but due to our initial discussion with Mitch and the lower offer than the Listed Price I was only prepared to under take the minor defects. Mitch discussed this with purchaser and this was agreed to. Mitch offered a number of Settlement Agents in the area and the one we chose was very easy to Deal with and the Deal was completed in very quick time.
