Do what you say you'll do. Each step of the way proceeded only with our intervention. Katie told us the ceiling would be painted but at handover said the buyer had changed their mind and so it was left bare. No communication just left us out of pocket and an unpainted ceiling. Thank goodness for our settlement agents, who were able to assist us with getting things done. Katie was hard to deal with, very hard to contact, not proactive and did not provide the required buyer information. All services seemed to stop once the offer was made.
