This is the 2nd property I have purchased with Nick as the agent, and on both occasions, I found him to be professional in all ways. He is courteous, honest and works hard for both the vendor and the purchaser to make sure everyone has all the info they need and a fair price is achieved. If he does not know something, he goes out of his way to find out - no matter how small the detail, keeping in touch all through the transaction and beyond. He goes over and above to make sure everyone is happy and I have no hesitation in recommending him as a trustworthy and excellent agent.

Nick was great to deal with. He understands the property market and was lovely with our tenants who let us open while they were staying on holiday at our apartment. I would highly recommend Nick if you are wanting to sell your property.

Nick sold our units at Sea Temple for us Units 326-327. It was a wonderful experience dealing with him. I wish ALL real estate sales persons were as friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone in that area.

We felt that Nick balanced the needs of his Client (Us) as well as being considerate to potential buyers. In our experience He provided a good balance to both parties. We relied on his experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick to sell your property.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have secured the services of Craig Gillard and his team. Craig delivered uncompromising service, was never in our face or pressuring, provided advice and recommendations in a timely and efficient manner which resulted in our home selling prior to Auction day. If you located in the northern beaches and want to entrust the sale of your single biggest asset to an Agent then Michelle and myself have no hesitation in recommending Craig Gillard for the job. With Craig what you see is what you get and more, embedded with honesty and integrity. Thanks Craig

We have used Craig's services four times, twice as a buyer and twice as a seller, and have also used his services as a property manager. We would recommend Craig to any serious buyer or seller who has realistic market expectations or is willing to be guided by his advice. He is very much in touch with the Cairns' Northern Beaches market. He is very good at negotiating a fair settlement between buyers and sellers and does so with a high degree of professionalism combined with a very friendly manner.
