From the start of the process to the finish, Nick and the LJ Hooker Cairns Beaches team made this a very seamless experience for me and got me a great price for our sale. Professional + Service and they really went over and above. I highly recommend them!

Great response times with James, he was always there via phone, text and email for all questions. He made the purchase process for us a lot easier than we expected! Highly recommended!

Nick achieved an excellent result for the sale of my property. I appreciated the time he put into the inspections, and the advice given to me throughout the process.
Nick Pelucchi
Nick was realistic and worked hard to get a good quick sale on our property, no sales man tactics just told us how it was and were the market was at the time and sold the property within the market price, Thanks Nick Matt Wright

It’s difficult to appoint an agent I’ve had a few that stand around outside the property on open house, I must say Nick from the first conversation we had delivered an A class service ! I have never had an agent that only tells the truth, keep the seller and buyer fully informed through the process which made a very smooth transaction for both parties. Thank you Highly recommend.

Selling my property through James was a great experience without any unexpected surprises. Very happy with the result.

From the beginning to end we had a seamless process from Nick and his team. Just two hours after listing, we already had a full price offer on our property. Within days we had a stronger offer and the contract signed. Settlement went ahead without a hitch! Thanks to all at LJ Hooker, especially Nick!

We found James to be extremely helpful and approachable. We were familiar with the current market and had engaged with several other local agents during our property search. James was hands down the most honest and realistic agent we had encountered.

James Gilbertson is a very professional agent, he provides excellent communication to get me the best result as possible. I am more than happy the results he achieved for me. Highly recommend him especially if you are either seeking a property or selling your property.

We chose to put our trust in James to sell our beloved villa after 20 years of living there and we are so grateful that we did. As first time sellers we were really unsure about the whole process and quite nervous about some uncertainty in the market but needed to sell as we were relocating for family reasons. It was important to us that any buyer fully understood the body corporate obligations of living in the villas. James put us completely at ease and walked us through the process with kindness and integrity, finding the buyer that would just love the place like we did. It was a very positive experience working with James.

It was a wonderful and stress free experience selling selling with James. Initially he contacted me within 30 minutes of my enquiry. He sent me all information by the end of the day and gave me time to consider at no time pushing me. James kept me informed through the whole process and I have no doubt due to his diligence the property sold very quickly. Thank you

Nick kept us well informed at each stage of the selling process. He was pleasant to deal with and explained clearly how the selling process worked.
