In the past great service but over the last 6 months or so very disappointing and considered moving agents. Tenant put on pro rats month by month rental without our approval or consultation, Poor inspections and lack of knowledge e.g gardens in terrible condition and seen by us as owners when we went to do maintenance on adjacent unit. Frequently having to chase up to get things done e.g. clear garden took 3 attempts and had to threaten eviction of tenant if not done within a week. Modifications done to garden fence (additional panels added to raise height) without consolation.
