Kim was the real estate agent appointed in the sale/purchase of our home.
Kim was well informed as regards market values and generally. She was alert to our excitement and anxiety's and kept us fully informed of developments throughout, calling us with updates, even during 'out of hours' times. Kim was a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

Sale of Property
I was refereed to Aimee by a college on the West Coast and within minutes of our first correspondence I assumed Aimee was the principle or director of the firm due to professional way she conducted the telephone call. Aimee immediate had my confidence explaining the current market analyses and and all the what if's due to the CV-19. Even with the time zone difference here on the west coast, communication was never an issue. I was always informed of the formal process of the sale of my property and I recall Aimee even calling me once while at the beach walking her dog. Kim sold my father's property at 96 Balaclava Road, Earlville, Cairns, 4870.
From the time of signing with Kim, we knew the sale of the house was in good hands...and we were right! Kim is the ultimate professional and knows her job. From the initial recommendations re house and land, eg. stylist, arborist, house and pest inspections, to COVID-induced adjustments to sale eg. videos, Facebook virtual tours, Kim was tireless and gave 200%. We also appreciated the timelines which helped us with time management priorities.
