This was our first family home that we purchased to live in and thanks to Ash and the team the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress free. Despite the sellers being international at the time of sale, and a public holiday thrown into the middle of the contract signing period, it did not impede the communication and timeliness at all and we had the entire process (from viewing the property, to unconditional) turned around in a week.
