From the outset Deanne Hansom was extremely professional. I was looking to sell a property In Cannon Hill and coming from Perth initially organised five agents to meet with across a morning. Deanne’s communication was very clear, she took into my account my needs as a seller and listened to me. She and Ashleigh were very prompt with all communication both written and verbal. For example she was the 1st to follow up with an email after we met, compared with the other agents. This actually was a hallmark of the communication overall. Deanne gave me excellent advice about getting the house ready for selling. None of the other Real Estate agents gave such imput. So I was totally impressed with both Deanne and Ashleigh. Added to that Deanne’s estimated price for the house was the highest of the five agents. But because I was very impressed with how she operated, the knowledge of the area how her written materials were presented etc I had no hesitation in choosing Deanne to sell our house. The offer for the house is now unconditional and the price that we have got for the house was $150,000 more than the low end of the lowest quote we received! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Deanne, Ashleigh and the staff at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill as their service and attention to detail has been exemplary.
