Purchasing a townhouse is a big milestone and can be quite daunting when doing it as a single person. Not only does the property have to be a good fit but also the body corporate. My recent experience with Ashleigh as the selling agent was great. Ashleigh was professional and very supportive of the process that I needed to go through to make the decision to buy. Ashleigh followed up quickly on all queries and supplied as much information as possible and continues to support the process through to settlement. Thank you Ash for helping to make this a joyful experience for me.

Deanne is a very professional agent. I had just about given up on selling in a depressed market, but she and her team persisted and got me the sale. She dealt with many issues without involving me, which left me to go hunting for the new house.

I couldn't rate Ash more highly. I've had some really bad experiences with real estate agents in the past but Ash had my complete confidence and did an amazing job in selling my property. She is highly motivated, experienced and knowledgeable and left no stone unturned in the sale and settlement process for my property. She was across everything which meant that I did not need to be - she gained my absolute trust and loyalty during this process by being commercial astute, highly competent at her job plus a very good communicator. I recommend anyone wanting great results to use Ash on the sale of their property.

Deanne & Ashley Hansom have just sold a property in Cannon Hill for me & I was impressed with their professionalism. They were organised, knowledgeable and efficient right from our first meeting, realistic with their pricing & had good ideas for marketing. I appreciated that they kept me updated & returned my phone calls promptly. With their expertise the property sold quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a really good agent to help buy or sell a property. S Emans

Ash was very helpful and always able to accommodate time so building and pest inspection could be done. Overall it was a pretty good experience and the purchase of the property went well. Thanks, Ash and the team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill

Ashleigh was not pushy, yet knowledgeable and a person of her word. Her immaculate presentation was overshadowed by her professionalism.

Very realistic in her assessment off the market and guidance on pricing. Didn't inflate or set up unachievable expectations. Always kept us informed in terms of inspections and feedback on these ( important given we are interstate). Kept our costs low. We were all very happy as apartment was sold in a tricky market at the price we had agreed on at the beginning of signing with Ashleigh. Don't hesitate. She is a find as a real estate agent.

Ashleigh responded to enquiries and questions quickly and communicated effectively, I had some issue with building inspection, she acted quickly and got body corp report for me on the same day. Also kept me in the loop at each stage. Good communication skill and approachable.

Ashleigh has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very easy to get on with, comfortable to talk to, Has very high ethical standards and great integrity, Ash is mature and wise beyond her young years which gave us absolute trust. We know she worked hard for us and had our best interests at heart. I said to my husband if I had 10 houses to sell I would give them to Ash. Our mistake was not going with L J Hooker (e.g. Ashleigh) in the first place, it would have saved us months of stress. WE wish her well for a long and fruitful career in Real Estate. Warmest Regards

Deanne & her team looked after two property sales for us. With both sales Deanne demonstrated her clear market knowledge, she went the extra mile to facilitate the sales and her communication in terms of keeping us updated on progress was excellent. We would highly recommend Deanne and thank her for all her work and support throughout the process.

Deanne took on a task when accepting to sell Pembroke st for us, We had personal and stressful things to take into consideration, she handled this so professionally ensuring both parties were not felt threatened,The sale of Pembroke st had to be done and I was under stress to do this as my nephews lived in the house,Deanne handled the sale in a caring manner to my nephews so much so they hold no resentment towards me for going ahead with the sale. She was not only a good agent for me but helped to handle conflict in the family which I am sure isn't a part of her of her profession She kept me informed of all process of the neogation and sale of the house and even took into consideration of my personal needs, she managed to obtain a price my sister and I were happy with
