Very realistic in her assessment off the market and guidance on pricing. Didn't inflate or set up unachievable expectations. Always kept us informed in terms of inspections and feedback on these ( important given we are interstate). Kept our costs low. We were all very happy as apartment was sold in a tricky market at the price we had agreed on at the beginning of signing with Ashleigh. Don't hesitate. She is a find as a real estate agent.

Very easy to get on with, comfortable to talk to, Has very high ethical standards and great integrity, Ash is mature and wise beyond her young years which gave us absolute trust.
