We had to sell our place very quickly after we put an offer in to buy another place. Ash wasted no time in getting to work to get our place on the market quickly. She kept us up to date all of the time - and we got 3 offers within 3 days of the house being on the market and we were under contract in less than week of the house being on the market. Even once we were under contract, Ash and Deanna continued to work to make sure that there were other offers still coming through in case the initial contract fell through - even though this was all over the holiday period they remained committed.

We were happy with the service provided by Deanne and Ashley. They were always available when we needed advice and kept us informed of progress via the open houses and inspections. We had been told by various agents, including Deanne and Ashley, that we could expect a certain figure, however this figure was not realised and so was a bit disappointing. This was possibly partially due to our delay in getting the house ready for sale.
