Any concerns or queries from our end was answered thoroughly and in a timely manner which shows his professionalism and knowledge in the real estate. His availability allow us to have all the necessary inspections done before purchasing which gives the confidence that house is a good condition. Christmas break and holidays had delayed our financial approval but he understood the situation and personally talked to the vendor to organise the extension in the contract, which we are greatly thankful for.
