We approached John in regards to selling a block of land that is yet to title. Considering it has not titled yet, we were hopeful to find a buyer but no where close to the timeframe experienced with John. In less than 2 weeks, John found us a new buyer, had the new nomination forms signed and we're on our way to receive our deposit back shortly. John was helpful from the word go, I only dropped into the office to see if he could help and how much my unit would be worth. He came and appraised it, he discussed the price for the area, the advantages I had in my unit in body Corp area, water tanks, outdoor area, separate water meter. Interest rates hit the sale of homes/units so felt lucky to sell for an amount I was happy with. Many thanks John, I’m in my new home unpacking but will miss the area.
