Retired and advanced in years it was time to liquidate our assets, the investment property in Cessnock was to be put on the market. We live in Canberra and required a reliable agent that would project manage the work that was required prior to sale of the property. Bryce did an excellent job planning and organizing the work within the agreed timeframe. The property was put on the marked on the planned date. We were kept fully updated on sale activities, level of interest from prospective buyers, results of open house. The updates were provided online, Bryce also kept in contact with regular phone calls providing up to date progress. The property was sold within three weeks at an agreeable price. Once the house was on the market Bryce was great at answering our questions and keeping us updated. Including a live app which allowed us to see how many groups there were at each open home. As first time sellers we were unsure of the processes so it was great to have the information we needed. Bryce treated both my partner and I with respect and was happy to direct information/ phone calls to myself when my partner was at work. Our house was sold within 2 weeks which was much quicker than we had anticipated. We were happy with the outcome of the sale.
