We have no hesitation in recommending Bryce as a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent in the Cessnock area. We had an old historic house to sell from my father's estate which was in a run-down state. Bryce provided a valuation quickly during the probate process, kept in touch and helped with advice during the preparation and then guided us through the sales process achieving a good price that both we and the purchaser were happy with. During the sales campaign, Bryce explained the process, answered all our questions and always kept us informed of buyers comments and offers. Bryce has an excellent in depth knowledge of property in the Cessnock area and provides realistic valuations from his years of working in the area. As a result the property sold quickly for a fair price. Above all else I commend Bryce for his ethics, honesty, courtesy and professionalism during the sales campaign.
