We found Bryce very professional accommodating & certainly knows his job & the town of Cessnock.

Nothing was ever an issue for Bryce & he certainly concentrated on getting us a good price for our mother’s house. Nothing was ever a problem he kept us updated every week after the open houses & always returned phone calls he missed from us. Bryce knows the Cessnock area very well, probably having been born in the town helped us a lot. He was always very professional in his manner & helped to explain to us how to set the house for the sale. We found his commission for the sale very reasonable as was his marketing fees.
