VERY happy with the outcome!

26 Talbot Road & 754 Hume Hwy Yagoona
Micheal sold 2 properties for us, a difficult house on the Hume Hwy in need of renovation and our family home at Yagoona. We got very good advice on what to do when selling and both sold in the time frame and was spot on to the estimate which allowed us to purchase our new house. Their auctioneer service was also very good, and after being to a few auctions, I got to see what a difference a good auctioneer makes. Thanks again to Michael and the LJ Hooker team.

LJ Hooker's campaign to sell my mother's house resulted in the house selling for a lot more than we anticipated - $135,000 above the reserve. The advertising campaign resulted in a very strong interest which was reflected in the vigorous bidding by a number of potential buyers on the day.
