If you're searching for the most diligent, honest, professional agent who's willing to go above and beyond to sell your property, Nyree is your answer! After 3 months on the market with another agency and not one single offer on paper, we were extremely frustrated and dumbfounded as to why our reasonably priced, renovated property wasn't selling. We were ready to give up and try again in a few years but decided to have one last shot at selling with a change of agent. We called Nyree in after seeing all her success in our area over the years. We were worried that we should take the property off the market for a month or two before relisting with another agent but didn't have the time to waste. Nyree gave us the confidence that it wasn't necessary. Our listing with the other agent finished on Wednesday, Nyree listed our property on Thursday and had it sold on Saturday!!! We were speechless, we just couldn't believe how easy it was. The previous agent couldn't sell it in 3 months, Nyree sold it in 3 days for a price we were happy with! Nyree stayed in constant contact throughout the contract. Our solicitors were very bad at communicating with us, so Nyree pretty much did the conveyancing for us too! She informed us when conditions of the contract were being met, days before our solicitors were notifying us! She even handled our requests to bring the settlement date forward by a few weeks and to rent the property back from the new owners. And if that wasn't enough, while we were searching for our new home; she was more than happy to answer our calls/txts late at night asking for her opinion on other properties that weren't even her listings! Nyree has a wealth of knowledge she's only too happy to share. She's extremely professional and efficient but has a laid back nature and can have a laugh with you along the way. Best of all, she gets the job done! We can't recommend Nyree enough! Our only regret is that we didn't call her first!
