My experience selling my first home could have been a nightmare. I gave 3 agents the opportunity to advise me and there was no comparison. I chose Gordy. Why? He called me through every little step to keep me informed and advised my next moves before they happened so I was prepared and ready. This made the whole process fast, easy and professional. His right-hand-woman Kim was just as professional, helpful and available. I called them the dream team. I asked Gordy how he managed to be so available when he is so busy and he wisely said 'if you want something done, give it to the busiest man'. LOVE this guy! On another note, the other two agents had not only been slack in getting back to me, they both wrote me insulting emails regarding my decision. I was so shocked at their responses it took me a few days to get over it but knowing I had chosen well gave me comfort.

Jeremy was fantastic. He had done substantial research into the history of my apartment block in regards to warranty and repair works so he knew all maintenance/repairs were up to date. This was important as, in common with many recently built apartment complexes, there were issues that needed to be addressed after construction was completed. Jeremy was able to demonstrate to and reassure potential purchasers that all was well with the building. He sold the property quickly, three to four weeks on the market from memory, and achieved a record price for the complex. Jeremy was courteous and professional at all times and proved himself to be a master negotiator. I recommend him very highly.
