Kristy was professional and above all kind from the get-go. I had sold 3 properties prior to this one but this property I was selling alone with no guidance and Kristy walked me through the entire process, explaining reasons for things, the next steps and overall keeping me well informed of what was going on. Kristy’s clear communication, time and effort that she put into the selling of my property goes far beyond what most people can even comprehend. Paul was absolutely on top of the market, convincing me to target a higher price and guided accordingly when some lower offers came in. He knew what the property was worth and was convinced he could get an appropriate price above my expectations. The marketing of the property was superb considering what I gave him, I hadn't physically seen the property in over 10 years as it was a unit I had my dad and step mum living in. With the use of virtual furniture prospective buyers are able to gain an understanding of how modern up to date furniture will look in a property he is selling. I would thoroughly recommend Paul and his team to act in selling any property.
