Paul is very professional but also has a very friendly personality, he handled a lot of issues that were above and beyond his portfolio, the house being sold is in Banora Point and I live in Noosa so there were a lot of issues that I was not able to attend to, Paul gave me introductions to the best Tradesmen, cleaners etc, it made my life so much easier being so far from the location, I would recommend Paul Sheehan if you are buying or selling in the Banora/Tweed area.

One of the main reasons we decided to have Paul as our Real Estate Agent was that he took the time to build relationship when we were in the house hunting phase. Most other estate agents were just interested in telling me about their sales, where Paul mixed up his sale history and taking the time in getting to know us. Secondly, Paul gets good prices! We told him very early on that we'd be happy to use him as our agent but we don't want to buy through him as he kept getting good prices for his vendors. Thirdly, Paul is experienced in what he does. He knows his photography and includes the photos as part of the package. He also did things to minimise our costs without compromising the sale. I think the only negative is that Paul is an avid Parramatta Eels supporter. LOL! The Bulldogs and Eels rivalry still exists! :-) Thanks Paul for all your work and helping us get a fantastic price on our home. I highly recommend Paul to anyone selling their home.

When we first met Paul over a year ago, he talked up our property. Covid 19 changed everything and we had to go away for business reasons. During the following 12 months Paul kept in touch with us, which showed the type of person he is, so the decision to use Paul as our selling agent was made easier. Paul made many statements as to what he would do to sell our property and how he would go about it. He "talked the talk" and we needed him to be able to "walk the walk". Paul never "walked", rather he "ran". He outperformed his own statements, proudly saying that he "works for the vendor to get the very best price". The price achieved was well in excess of his and our expectation, but this would never have been able to be achieved if Paul was a lesser salesman. He knows his market, and instantly sets up a personal relationship with the vendor. Other agents evaluation of the local market was definitely inferior to Paul's. To put it all as simply as possible, we would highly recommend Paul to any vendor if they want to receive the best service and price.
