Smooth transition to new tenant
Courtney was able to secure a new tenant and arranged for the necessary actions prior to him moving in. Only point would probably be getting more visibility on the selection process.

Great first impressions
My experience with the staff of LJH Coomera to date has been a positive experience. Chris was really helpful during the inspection process of the rental property and Cindy has been very friendly and efficient with communication and getting our relocation to the property completed easily. Looking forward to building on this throughout our tenancy.

Always used LJ Hooker for purchases/sales and property management
You know when you are living in a little town and everyone knows everyone and you have that family feeling of attachment. This is what I have had with Nicole and her team over the last 13 years. I can always guarantee if I’m not happy- they will rectify it. Communication is easy and comfortable. With all the other realestate popping up in our area. I will always choose this team over any other. Melinda Parker has been a great property manager for us this last year. Everything gets communicated straight away.

Great job LJ Hooker Coomera
Anthony was spot on helping me find a rental, kept in contact and always let me know of options. Few fell through (no pets last minute) but he continued until he placed us. Big stress off considering we were moving back home from FNQ and we were worried about finding a house. Rest of the team very supportive and do their best to ensure all requests are followed up. Very professional real estate.

Really a breath of fresh air
Like many tenants currently, I have been battling a difficult market to find a home for myself and my children. When enquiring on a property I dealt with Anthony Domrow , he was professional and actually took the time to respond to my questions. It was a refreshing change and I commend Anthony for the care that he had obviously incorporates in to his role.
