Review - 3 Paradise Drive

Hi there, Thanks for sending this review . I am satisfied with my current account manager Kiara. She is always very prompt with my request and questions and take action in a timely manner. The reason that I wouldn't recommend LJ Hooker to my friends is simply because of the very disappointed experience with the management of trades in 2017. Eg the rate ($220 + GST) of plumber was 2.5 times higher than the standard market rate. as a result, I was ripped off by at least $500 in 2 weeks. I was pleased to see that the situation had improved in 2018.

Excellent Service

Ian and Kristen from LJHooker Coomera have really looked after our interests with our Pimpama investment property since taking over the property management about a year ago. Great communication, and efficiently took care of all the day-day needs associated with a leased property - the changeover of tenants recently was pretty much seamless !

Payroll Manager
