We have been lucky enough to have Jeorgia Kidd managing one of our rental properties and it has been such a wonderful experience since she has taken over. She has communication skills which are second to none. She always keeps us informed of anything of importance regarding our property and tenants. I have never needed to follow her up. In fact, she has always been there to remind me of things that I may have overlooked. I am 100% confident that she has our best interests at heart as landlords, whilst making sure that our tenants are happy. She had been a breath of fresh air to work with and I hope she is managing our property for many years to come.
