He made the application processes easy and even went above and beyond in giving me suburb information including local shops, schools and access to main roads, suggesting locations that would work best for my families needs. As we were arriving at our new home outside of office hours, they even arranged easy access for us into the rental and had welcoming gifts waiting - small gestures that make them stand out above the rest. The communication from the LJ Hooker Coomera/Ormeau team is above anything I have ever experienced from a Real Estate Agent before. They have checked in to make sure we are settling and to see if they can assist in anyway. Cassie has been on top of every request and covered things I hadn't even noticed or thought of myself. I honestly couldn't recommend this team of professionals any higher.
