We bought our property around 5 years back with Kathy Novak who was very helpful, professional and provided us fantastic service. We now are in the position to rent the same house out and I have gone with Kathy's agency as her service was so good. We have been dealing with Marsha Derry (in the leasing department) to do the leasing of the house and once again, the service provided by this company and Marsha herself has been second to none. I am most impressed with both ladies and like dealing with them. They are so informative and make the process simply. I have changed agent after having a very bad experience with the previous agency we had our investment property with. Melinda could not have been more helpful and although we discovered some very disturbing issues that have not been noted by the previous agency she has not stopped in her investigations of where our investment property is currently at and gone above and beyond to help me rectify issues that we have encountered. In a week Melinda did more than the other agency has done for the last 18 months. Couldn't recommend the highly enough.
