Meeting Rajesh for the first time made us feel more confident in starting this journey of buying our first home in Melbourne. He knew we needed help because he seen that we were nervous and have loads of unanswered questions and concerns. He gave us time to inspect the property, answered all our queries and made sure that we leave the property with the all information we need to make a good and sound decision. When I had some electrical issues on the property, he automatically suggested that we can write it as one of the Special Conditions that needed to be fulfilled. When the vendor accepted our offer, he gave us the good news and provided us step by step guide in how to move forward. He was very fast in accomodating our Building and Pest Inspection without hassle. Rajesh made sure all the Special Conditions and Requests were sorted, and all parties concerned were very happy with the transaction Rajesh truly is an excellent example of what great customer service is. When you ask him a question or you are just overthinking about the process, he will respond to your texts immediately. When he sense that you needed help, but you are shy to ask, he will call you and ask if he should handle it for you. Even if you are concern how to safely deposit the downpayment of the property, he will walk the path with you and making sure her Sales Administrator Carissa make you feel safe when handling your hard earned money. Lastly, We would genuinely want to thank Rajesh, Carissa and the whole LJ Hooker Team for doing a marvelously job.
