Very unproefssional

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with Esmail's performance as an agent. I found him to be unprofessional and dishonest. He initiated business without conducting proper research and demonstrated a lack of manners throughout our interactions. Despite being paid, Esmail provided no assistance or support during the process. Instead of guiding me through the sale, he consistently gave unhelpful and "smart" answers. This resulted in a wasted four weeks, as the sale could have been completed much earlier.
