Amazing and thorough property management
I have been very impressed with high standard that our property has been managed through LJ Hooker Devonport. Our property manager Tenille really cares about the landlords and tenants and is prompt in following up anything if it ever arises. Tenille is very thorough in inspecting our property and ensuring that it is well maintained. I would highly recommend LJ Hooker.

Professional and responsive Agent
We selected to use LJ Hooker Devonport after meeting with Tennille. She is an responsible, professional and very responsive agent where we trust our property to be managed in her hands. During the past 11 months she has done a fabulous job looking after our Property. Tje entire team, Michael, Elizabeth and others have also provided us with lots of support as landlords as well. We highly recommend LJ Hooker Devonport to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable Agent.

Friendly and Accommodating
When I was looking for a house to rent out of area, and during a busy work period, I was able to do a virtual house inspection with Tenille to give me an idea if the property would be suitable. Tenille was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. The application process was simple, and their online tenant and property management system is intuitive and helpful.

FANTASIC AGENCY
LJ Hooker's Devonport Property Manager, Tennille Tueon manages three properties owned by our family. The service is exceptional and her attention to detail is second to none. I cannot recommend this Agency high enough in regard to Property Management.

Great Property Management team
We were really pleased with the service provided by Tennille and the team at L J Hooker Devonport. The property management team were friendly and professional. Whenever we had maintenance issues communication was excellent and issues were resolved in a timely manner.
