Extremely professional beyond expectation.
After 2 years in trying to sell our property, we were frustrated by a poor response when Mark was recommended by a friend. Mark laid out a well designed "plan of attack". This included a complete change in advertising, new photography etc. Within days we had responses. To our surprise we had a contract before a month was up. During this time we felt that we were the sole customer of Mark's as he was in contact with us almost daily and walked us through the complex journey. We know Mark had other clients but never did he not give us his undivided attention. We have been involved in selling most of our professional lives and know when someone isn't "the real deal" we realised very early just how professional Mark is and very true to his word. In a nutshell Mark went beyond our expectations. Strongly recommend Mark to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thank you Mark. Ian & Dot Roy

Very helpful and friendly.

Purchasing made easy!
During our recent purchase of Hillview at Yimbun, with Helen's assistance, we found the whole process from inspection through negotiation to final settlement, to be perfectly balanced between informality and professionalism.
